Everyone is different. This is why I take your individual requirements into consideration and create a training environment that corresponds directly to your expectations. I am here to give you helpful advice and help you achieve exactly what you want.

Not everyone likes to train alone. Sometimes it is helpful to have a friend with you to cheer each other on. My training methods also offer you these types of training choices, so that you can get exactly what you are looking for.

 

You can book one off sessions with me or a block of sessions to get an even better deal.

One-to-One Personal Training

The classic training programme. You are the client and I am your trainer. I don’t see myself as the drill sergeant but as a motivational partner who supports you in your goals.  Read what some of my one-to-one clients say about their experiences with me

 

Solo Sessions (1 hour)
One-off session = £45

Block of 10 sessions = £400

Nutrition and Weight Management

 

This is an 8 week course designed to improve your fitness and help you make changes to your diet and lifestyle.

 

It includes the following elements; 

  • 8x 45 minute one-to-one Personal Training sessions
  • At the end of each session, I will provide weekly dietary advice

 

8 weeks of training and advice - £300

 

ADDED VALUE

Why not add a complete Dietary Analysis to this package ?

3 day analysis = £55,  7 day analysis = £95

 

 

Train With A Friend (or Friends)

If you'd like to bring along one - or more - of your friends and have a "buddy" session, then that's no problem. My experience has shown that having a friend alongside you motivates both of you to work even harder. Better still, you can all share the cost and everyone wins !  Read more in the Testimonials section.

Group Sessions (1 hour, maximum 4 people per group)
One-off session = total cost £55, shared between all in the group

Block of 10 sessions = total cost £500, shared between all in the group

Special Packages

Wedding Package
A tailor-made programme for the bride (or groom) to get you in the best shape possible for your special day.
24 sessions = £800 (bride OR groom) or £1100 for both training together.

 

Beach / Ski Fit Package
A special training programme designed to get you toned up for your beach holiday or ready to hit the slopes !
12 sessions = £400

Pre-Natal Package
I have a specialist qualification in both Pre and Post-Natal Exercise Prescription.

 

Keep fit while pregnant and book a block of sessions to take you through the pregnancy.

 

8 sessions for £280

 

Special Packages

Post-Natal Package   

I have a specialist qualification in both Pre and Post-Natal Exercise Prescription.

 

This package is designed for those in the Post-Natal period (either 6 weeks post-delivery or 10 weeks if you've had a Caesarian section).  There are programs and sessions for both sedentary and active clients.

 

6x 1 hour sessions (with or without your baby) for £210

 



 

Public Classes

 

You are welcome to join me for any of my public classes. 

 

Numbers are limited and the sessions do get quite popular. 

 

I recommend that you ring me first to check availability of spaces.

    £6.50 per session or £35 for a block of 7 sessions
